Registration is open for Explorers Creative Writing Camp!

Join us July 23-27, 2018 and combine your love of words with your love of the outdoors.

Write around Alton Baker Park. Work with a new visiting author each day. Explore different aspects of genre and writing craft. Challenge yourself technically and artistically through daily guided writing workshops. Present your work to family and friends; Friday, guests are invited to hear campers read from their work.

Alton-Baker Park Picnic Structure
9 am to Noon (Friday until 12:30 pm)
Middle School 5th – 8th grade (in Fall 2018)
Limited to 15 participants each camp

*Scholarships: Two scholarships are available for each camp. To apply, please write a brief statement (300 words or less) describing why you want to take this class and your financial need for a scholarship. Please include the following information with your statement:
